COMPACT WASTE RECYCLING SYSTEM-ERS BROUGHT TO YOU BY DATTATREYA INC.

ERS works on a basic principle to reproduce the natural conversion system in the machine using enzymes and heat energy

ERS can handle “UNSEGREGATED WASTE” Pre-separation of organic & inorganic waste is a trouble in the conventional waste management process. ERS converts the organic waste into quality fertilizers and also separates the organic waste from the inorganic waste.

TYPES OF WASTE TREATED BY THE SYSTEMS Animal husbandry Agriculture Beverage & Food process. Organic(school/hotel/ restaurant /Canteen Food Waste) Sludge Grass & Tree Leaves.

I-ECO MODELS 40 kg per day to 10 ton per day

I-Eco Models are Stand Alone Compact Systems with reasonable running costs for conversion of organic waste into compost. Process Time for each cycle is 4 hours and there will be 4 such cycles per day. The compost can be obtained after 24 hours for maturity reason.

ERS MODELS 4 tons to 100 tons per day Boiler Cooling Tower Outlet conveyer Raw Material Hopper Main Unit

ERS is a high-speed composting system for converting organic waste into fertilizers or animal feed in 2 to 3 hours. Boiler, Cooling Tower and Conveyer Belts are included in the process There will be 10 cycles in a day for 2 hour cycle

Raw materials and microorganisms of Environmental Recycle System Process Flow for ERS machines Cooling Tower Heat exchanger Evaporation Scrubber Raw materials and microorganisms PPPP Water Vacuum pump Boiler Main Body of Environmental Recycle System Steam recovery tank

PROCESS FOR ERS MACHINES Dump Unsegregated Waste into the machine Boiler will provide necessary heat to the machine at 60-70 deg Celsius Enzymes Present inside the machine which have ability to reproduce themselves whenever waste in dumped in the machine (inexhaustible) Enzymes react with organic part of waste and converts it into compost at high temperate. Cooling Tower provides the necessary function for drying of the compost and bringing the same at room temperate Dried Compost along with untreated inorganic matter come out the machine through the outlet Inorganic Matter can be separated from the compost using thin mechanical sieving device. Compost being in powdered passes through the sieve and the inorganic waste stay above which then can be disposed.
