4 We use at our unit polymeric membranes to separate hydrocarbons without heating feedstock to the boiling point, and without using fired heaters.

5 Because of the favourable feedstock, our refinery provides cost-effective high quality products which meet international quality standards. This and the fact that 100% of the feed is converted into products results in a considerably shorter pay- back period than comparable crude oil refinery projects of similar product output

6 - The advantages of our units are portability (all blocks of units do not exceed the standard transportation dimensions), full factory readiness for operation, high degree of automatization, the use of new advanced catalysts.

8 UPM 12K processes all types of waste oils, fuel oil and oil sludge. Processed products are : gas 15-20%, gasoline 15-20%, diesel fuel 35-40%, 20-25% bitumen residue (by fuel oil M-100). Novelty of our technology is to enable the use of zeolite catalyst to produce desulphurization and have a system for removal of coke from the heat zone of raw materials (without stopping the equipment).

9 Performance up to 1ton/hour of fuel oil. Annual capacity 8500tons/year. Capacity up to 1.5 tones/hour. Annual capacity 12,750 tons/year. Manufacturing period 3 month. The installation supplied in full operational readiness with a set of internal piping. Commissioning works are included in the territory of the Russian Federation.
