Program: Europe for citizens The aim of this program is to bring Europe closer to its citizens and to enable them to participate fully in the European construction. Duration: 7 years

Program: Europe for citizens Through this program, citizens have the opportunity to be involved in transnational exchanges and cooperation activities, contributing to developing a sense of belonging to common European ideals and encouraging the process of European integration.

Project: One Europe, one family, together at last The main objective of the project promoters - to draw attention to the cultural and linguistic diversity in Europe, to initiate discussions of a common European identity theme. Participants: Italy, Lithuania, Slovakia Project coordinator: Poland.

Project: One Europe, one family, together at last The project dedicated for 2004 years the EU enlargement. There were organized events for children and young people, teachers and representatives of local authorities. The project held a debate in schools, children and youth participated in dance and musical performances, sports competitions, teachers and local government representatives were invited to a conference on EU enlargement prospects.

Project: European Resistance Archive Project wants to keep the knowledge of the resistance alive and wants to demonstrate by which means people contributed in the liberation of national socialist rule by their decision to fight against fascism, occupation and extermination. Participants: Poland, Slovenia, Austria, France, Italy and Germany. But it would be in the sense of the project to extend the range of countries and in future being able to integrate every European country.

Project: European Resistance Archive ERA is a space in which individual stories of people having resisted against the terror, humiliation and despair fascism brought over Europe are kept alive and visible for everybody.

Program: Youth in action The program is designed for all year- olds. The program provides young people with non-formal educational opportunities, and financial subsidies to their originating and for projects, encourages young people to European countries to cooperate. Duration: 7 years,

Program: Youth in action objectives to promote active citizenship of young people, especially the European citizenship; develop young people's sense of solidarity and promote tolerance; encourage young people from different countries to mutual understanding; to promote European cooperation on youth affairs.

Project: Arts - European Project theme - art as a universal language of communication among young people. Exchange involving 60 young people from Latvia, Poland, Lithuania and Slovakia. Young people learned different drawing techniques, organized theme nights, went to excursions.

Project: Talents of all time Participated 16 young people from Estonia, Latvia, Poland and Lithuania. They were divided into mixed teams, drew sketches of sculptures, and then with professional help manufactured sculptures from wood. They learned to communicate with different people and to work in team.

Other projects: The development of intercultural competencies and skills - a step towards a tolerant society. The project initiated in order to contribute to public officials, policy makers and others the development of intercultural competencies and skills, providing third country nationals (migrants) the integration of Lithuania, strengthening. Persons directly employed by third-country nationals should possess intercultural skills and competences in order to enhance the successful integration of citizens in Lithuania.

Other projects: Lions Quest Lithuania "Adolescence crossroads" it is a consistent and comprehensive year-old pupils the curriculum. This program brings together teachers, parents and community members, targeting help adolescents develop the competencies and social and emotional skills. Nurtures young people important life skills, strong character, civic activity.

Other projects: School Tolerance theme in school during the Ethics lesson. Tolerance day at school. All Lithuanian schools participated in the event of tolerance, some students drew maple leaves (as the maple leaf is also a sign asking to be tolerant to a new driver), and their booth on the trees.

Thank you for your attention
