George Washington Carver was a scientist. He invented peanut butter. He was a slave when he was a child. He worked for many people. He was thrown around. When he finally escaped and found his family, he was as thin as a sheet of paper. His family could tell he had been mistreated. They fed him everything off there plates till he was back up to full health. Soon he started going to school, graduated from high school and went to college. Then he carried on and began an organization and freed the slaves. Then he was married and had 2 children.

1864 Born, Diamond Grove, Missouri Moved to Tuskegee, Alabama. Died Invented Cosmetics Received the Roosevelt Medal

George Washington Carver invented peanut-butter and cosmetics made from peanuts.

The difference between auto-biography and biography is… Born- 1864Died-1943 Biography- A book that is about a person but by a different person. Auto- Biography- A book that is about a person and is by that person same. I learned he invented cosmetics accidentally.
