Business Casual Attire is expected to meet business attire standards. Business casual dress attire is to encourage comfort, professionalism, and productivity. Above all, we are expected to meet the client’s expectations!

Updating the Dress Code

Do’s  Dress professionally, and take pride in your appearance (clothes should be clean and pressed.)  When wearing open-toed dress shoes, please make sure to have your feet looking their best. (example: no chipped polish and cracked heels.)  Hair must be clean and fixed. For men hair must be above the collar and above the eye brow.  Facial hair must be kept trimmed.  Use professional judgment when in the field or at a client’s office, and meet the client’s expectations.

Mon. – Thurs. Do’s for Women  Skirts/dresses (at or below the knee)  Blouses/sweater  Suits  Slacks (full length)  Hose (optional, use professional judgment, such as when meeting with a client)  Any type of polished business shoe or boot

Friday Do’s for Women  Khakis (pressed and neat)  Polo/golf shirts

Saturday Do’s for Women  Capris (below the knee)  Jeans or denim material

Mon. – Thur. Do’s for Men  Ties (optional, use professional judgment, such as when meeting with a client)  Suits  Sport coats  Dress collared shirts (long-sleeve dress/suit shirts)  Slacks  Sweaters/Sweater vests over collared shirts  Non-white socks  Belt or suspenders  Any type of clean polished leather dress shoe or boot

Fridays Do’s for Men  Polo/Golf shirts  Short-sleeve front button shirts  Collared sweaters (long- sleeve polo)  Khakis (pressed and neat)

Saturday Do’s for Men  Jeans or denim material  Boat, deck, or other relaxed leather shoes

Don’ts  Torn, ripped, frayed clothing  Athletic/tennis shoes  Sandals (example: Tevas or flip flops)  Shorts (including dress shorts for women)  Bib Overalls  Leggings/stirrup pants  Mini-skirts  Halter tops  T-shirts  No inappropriate style logo on any polo (example: Hooters)  Sweat shirts  No cotton flannel

Other No – No’s  No visible tattoos  No visible piercing for Men (including tongue)  No visible piercing for Women other than ears (including tongue)  No revealing, see through, low rise pants, or bare midriffs  Nothing worn, ripped, torn, frayed, etc.

After Hours or Weekends Use your professional judgment.
