Activity #1 (10 Minutes)  SMART Goal  Create a SMART goal based on the baseline data  Create a SMART goal based on the data discussion for the entire school

Activity #2 (10 minutes)  Using our new focus on ACT training, create bellwork or embedded ACT curricula ideas for next week

Activity #3 (To be completed before next weeks PLC) (In your common planning group)  Step 1  What do we want students to learn?  Using the PLC Minutes form, identify the curriculum for the current unit  Step 2  How do we want them to learn it?  Identify instructional strategies (Best Practices)  Step 3  How will we know they have learned it?  Create a Common Formative Assessment to evaluate students’ progress by next PLC (next Wed.)
