8 Common Planning Group Data- Analysis 20 minutes

9 Common Planning Activity  (5 minutes)  Organize data – counting number of proficient and not  Create or revisit SMART goal to ensure class is on target  (10 minutes)  Using your form as your guide create academic conversation identifying both the strengths and obstacles of the current or upcoming unit

10 Common Planning Activity  Step 1  What do we want students to learn?  Using the PLC Minutes form, identify the curriculum for the current unit  Step 2  How do we want them to learn it?  Identify instructional strategies (Best Practices)  Step 3  How will we know they have learned it?  Create a Common Formative Assessment to evaluate students’ progress by next PLC (next Wed.)
