Current projects within recycling Component 3: Current projects within recycling

Current projects within recycling 1 No specific project at national level within recycling There are some projects supported by donors which are linked with recycling: Modernization of local services- Supporting municipalities for waste management and recycling-GIZ . Recycling electrical and electronic equipment- Pilot project in three municipalities supported by Norwegian Government. Kosovo Private Enterprise Program (KPEP),Supporting local companies for processing and recycling of metals, financed by USAID. Cardboard Collection Project (CCP) — Pilot Project Initiating Viable Recycling Industry- Financed by Mercy Corps. Local businesses - waste processing and recycling.

Current projects within recycling 2 Legislation and Strategy Finalization of Waste Management Strategy, Finalization of Waste Management Action Plan, Approving of Eco found law , Decentralization of waste management competences at local level.
