6. EU and cz 2008 WASTE HIERARCHY
The EU waste hierarchy was set up by the European Commission together with the new EU approach through the Waste Framework Directive to solve the waste management in the Union in 2010.
It clearly says the most preffered options of waste management and the need to divert waste from landfills.
