3 Monetizing sustainability value The Restaurant pilot program identified four energy reduction retrofits, that, if implemented, could potentially drive $9.7M in annual energy cost savings (gross), with an average payback period of 1.1 years. 4 Next steps Building on our successful pilot project, our next steps include recognizing financial value from ESG opportunities and expanding this robust program.
