Department of Public Works Recommendations 1.Find Zero Waste Strategic Plan exempt from CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section (b) 3 (General Rule) 2.Adopt draft Zero Waste Strategic Plan which describes 19 initiatives that will increase Pasadena’s waste diversion from area landfills to over 87 percent by year Adopt Zero Waste Resolution to commemorate City’s commitment to striving toward Zero Waste 2
