MIC´s Development Agencies’ Budgeting, Programming and Quantifying Development Cooperation “Long-term budgeting planning for international cooperation for development, a challenge in Middle Income Countries” National budgets are still low compared to those of traditional donor countries Financial resources The lag of effective lobbing in MICs’ legislative bodies, increases their dependence on Finance Ministries Monetizing SSC Following the MICs’ dual role as recipient and donor, quantification of cooperation ought to be also dual Quantifying incoming and outgoing cooperation
