The Olympic Games are the greatest international sport competitions which take place every four years.

From 1924 Olympic Games were divided into Summer and Winter Games.

Hockey, curling, biathlon, freestyle are winter Olympic kinds of sports of the Winter Olympic Games.

Boxing, bicycling, swimming, heavy athletics, freestyle wrestling are summer Olympic kinds of sports.

Flag, anthem and oath, a slogan, a medal, a fire, an olive branch, fireworks, talismans are the symbols of the Olympic Games.

The emblem of the Olympic Games was invented by Pierre de Coubertin in 1913.

The Olympic flag represents a white silk linen with the Olympic emblem on it.

The modern tradition of moving the Olympic Flame via a relay system from Greece to the Olympic venue began with the Berlin Games in 1936.
