£1 Appeal The Angel Scheme.

Let's face it. Anti-social behaviour in kids and young people is a pain in the neck. Every bit of graffiti, every scratched car, costs us all a fortune and it ruins our community. We’ve had 4 attempted break ins within a 5 month period with a loss of £30,000 worth of equipment. We need to spend £10,000 plus on security measures immediately. Hence the Funding request

With your help we can change all that. We want you to become a.. HOPE ANGEL All it will cost is just a £1 a month!

Hope House is a registered organisation. with qualified and trained volunteers. All the youth workers are CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checked and cleared to work with children and young people. OUR YOUTH WORKERS ARE ALL CURRENTLY UNPAID. SO EVERY PENNY YOU DONATE IS USED!

Just a £1 a Month will help us to: Create diversionary activities Initiate Pro active games and social interaction Engage youths and get them off the street Make streets streetssafer Change attitudes and Mind-Sets.

Being a ‘’Hope Angel’’ will make the following possible Training programmes to encourage a healthier lifestyle for residents. Sessions to develop skills among young people. Activities that reduce social isolation and loneliness and improve confidence. Sport clubs for young people with mentoring and learning opportunities Safety for residents and more educational programmes with Schools.
