Community Health Needs Assessment Moving towards a Healthy North Central Washington NCW is one regional family…everyone has a role to play Okanogan County CHNA Steering Committee in development – Okanogan Public Health and Mid Valley Hospital are leading the efforts – Other partners are coming onboard Grant County is already in the process of completing a Community Health Needs Assessment and we look forward to collaborating in future efforts With the right incentive in place, we can make NCW a healthier and thriving region 6
