* Establish collaboration between, faculty, students, & community partners. * Create an environment of excitement, anticipation, and preparation for all potential contributors. * Establish a clear vision for student involvement, community incentives, & course outcomes.

* Expand your contacts: Think outside the box. * Enter the world in which you want your students to engage. * Share your vision with your community partner and others. * Transfer excitement to the students. * Start small, have big dreams, & grow as you go……
