Clip Art: Pictures, sounds, and videos that you can insert in an Office document Clip collection: A folder used to store clip files in the Microsoft Clip Organizer

Vocabulary Words Device driver: Software program that provides the instructions your computer needs to communicate with a device, such as a scanner Floating Object: Object that is positioned independently from the document text. Microsoft Clip Organizer: Folder that comes with Office containing drawings, photographs, sound, video, and other media files Object: A graphic, picture, chart, shape, text box, or other elements that can be inserted in a document Scanner: A device that converts printed documents into digital formats
