Basis of the Study Evaluation of Miami-Dade County’s Strengths and Challenges Identification of Target Industries and Emerging Sectors Creation of Inventory of Education Assets Community Participation that included over 5000 participants, multiple focus groups and over 4100 survey responses. Conclusions Develop a strategic plan for industry diversification and job growth, including recommendations for business environment improvements and target industries.
