What should we do be stay healthy ? Sports Well being Eating

You should : Eat healthy food Play sports Sleep 7-8 hours Avoid stress Drink water Relax You shouldn’t : Eat fast food Smoke and drug Drink alcohol Lead a sedentary lifestyle Live in constant stress A healthy lifestyle is very important for every human being. For a healthy lifestyle consists of what we eat, drink, and whether we are active in sports. If you want to be fit and healthy you should follow the simple rules.

Healthy eating is the key. It is important that :  Eat the most fruits and vegetables – they provide us with essential vitamins  Also eat meat, but always in modertation, then we will have a slim figure and healthy body  Drink a liter of water daily  Cut down on fatty food  Don’t drink alcohol You must remember, to eat 4,5 meals daily but most important is breakfast. You should morning eat light and nutritious meal. Also important is lunch and dinner. You should every day eat at the same time and eat different products.

Sport is very important in our life. Movement and exercise helps : Have more energy Reduce stress Maintain a healthy weight Look and feel good Is very much fields sport for example :  Jogging  Cycling  Ski  Dance  Team games  Run, jump  Work out in the gym If you want stay in shape, health and well being you must play sports. You should remember, to do regular exercise and of course follow a sensible diet.

Healthy lifestyle this isn’t only good eating and sporting activities and also well being. Fine fettle, and so many dream and no stress. You need to sleep at least 8 hours. Then you are relaxed and you have desire to live.

There are several harmul health effects of cigarette smoking. A person addicted to smoking may suffer from a number of serious and fatal diseases caused by smoking. Smokers are more likely to face respiratory infections and several mino complaints such as coughs and colds. Smokers may suffer from some dreadful diseases such as cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular diseases, lung disease, respiratory problems and several other problems related to kidneys, liver and pancreas.
