Women and Change: World War II SS5H6: The student will be able to explain the reason for America’s involvement in WWII.

The beginning of a change: ●Women take charge on the homefront. ○ Job transition helps the war effort. ○ Enlistment in the military rises. ○ Rationing supplies and foods is necessary. ○ Support the U.S. with purchase of war bonds.

Calling all Women! It became important for women to enter the job force when the men went overseas to fight.

Here’s some facts:
