National LawHelp.org/espanol 2011 TIG grant to Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York –Partners: LawHelp.org/NY and Pro Bono Net Goal: Increase awareness of and access to legal aid online resources and services for Spanish- speaking LEP clients nationally and in New York State

National LawHelp.org/espanol Create a Spanish version of LawHelp.org national homepage with links to state mirror sites and Spanish content Develop 10 nationally-relevant online guides in English and Spanish to help clients understand the legal system and their language access rights Launch LiveHelp assistance on LawHelp.org/espanol

AR Ntl Content Sharing 2009 grant to Center for Arkansas Legal Services –Partners: Arkansas Legal Services Partnership and Pro Bono Net Goal: To share public content resources with centralized ShareLaw.org website for all website coordinators, and to share content more easily within the probono.net system. Will use LawHelp API to share content to ShareLaw. –Can set-up pilot accounts now for interested states. Beginning of Q2 rollout of changes to probono.net.

Enhanced content personalization 2011 TIG grant to Central California Legal Services –Partners: OneJustice, LAAC and Pro Bono Net Goal: Expand pro bono participation in CA’s rural Central Valley Enhance member reporting and content personalization by area of interest Rollout in Q2 2012

MA Statewide Website TIG 2011 grant to Volunteers Lawyers Project at the Boston Bar Association Goal: To build a new statewide website for Massachusetts on probono.net. Enhancements include: –New clinics/projects tool –Single sign-on – resources to admin inbox for approval

LawHelp Interactive Development Initiatives

Minnesota E-filing pilot TIG grant to Central Minnesota Legal Services Partners: MN Legal Services Coalition, Hennepin County Self Help Center Goals: To develop an e-filing interface for SRLs that will enable those filing for Domestic Violence protection and Civil Harassment to create the forms and then e-file them via LHI. The two forms will be automated and modified to allow for e-filing with the court’s e-filing vendor system. The pilot will be limited to two forms and to users of the self help center in Hennepin County.

CitizenshipWorks LHI Initiative Funded by the Knight Foundation and the Carnegie Foundation –Partners: Immigration Advocates Network and New American Citizenship Coalition (NACC) Host two Citizenship A2J templates - the N-400 form and a self screening tool. Develop capacity to support large group clinics via LHI - Q Support for API content (Mandarin and Vietnamese) on LHI and A2J Author. Enhance the reporting infrastructure of LHI for evaluation purposes.
