It also allows sellers and walk-in customers to drop off parcels and send at their local Parcel Connect agent. Parcel Connect is a new service that allows buyers to shop online and nominate to have their purchases delivered directly to their local Parcel Connect agent - rather than to their home or work address. They can also drop off purchases they wish to return to the seller. This new service allows buyers, sellers and walk-in customers the convenience of dropping off and sending or collecting parcels at a time and place that suits them and that increases revenue for you.

25% 4.9% Growth in traditional retail sales Growth in online retail sales Traditional vs Online This has created the need for a more convenient service to both sellers and buyers. They need to be able to send and collect their parcels at a time and location that suits them. Be part of the boom in online retail! The growth in online shopping has created an increase of parcel deliveries in and out of residential areas, with consumers often not at home to take delivery of their purchase. There’s also been a rise in the number of parcel returns with unwanted or unsuitable items being sent back to the online retailer. The number of new start-up online businesses operating out of their homes continues to grow. This is where you can benefit.

Parcel Connect locations provide online sellers and buyers with an alternate delivery option. Rather than buyers arranging to have their parcels delivered to their home or workplace, they can elect to have those parcels delivered to a Parcel Connect agent and pick them up at a time that suits them. They can also return a parcel to a seller via their Parcel Connect agent. As a Parcel Connect agent you are able to retail the Fastway Courier offering to walk-in customers. Online sellers and adhoc users of the postal service and courier companies can now drop parcels at their Parcel Connect agent and a Fastway Courier Franchisee will pick them up. It’s an opportunity to increase your revenue and increase your store traffic…what could be better? Are you ready to become a Parcel Connect agent?
