BRANCH BACK END PROCESS Branch receives a notification email of the order Consultant calls customer to verify the order details and to confirm method of payment. Customer pays at the branch or via EFT Customer collects the order and produces FIC documentation 7
ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS 1. Select the desired currency and indicate the amount you would like to reserve 2. You will be able to order more than 1 currency 3. Click next to proceed 1. Enter the area name or code where you would like to collect your order 2. A list of branches will be presented for selection * Click on details to view the branch hours of operation and contact details 1. Select the date you would like to collect the order 2. ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS 1. You will be required to fill all the clients details with the exception of *Home Phone Field 2. Mandatory - Travel agent employee must enter their dedicated 10 digit individual code in the *Home Phone field 1. Print your confirmation or the reservation confirmation email as this holds your reference number 2. Note that the rate reflected is only indicative and not final 3. MUST DO’S TO ENSURE THAT YOU GET YOUR REFERRAL COMMISSION ONLINE RESERVATIONS: It is vital that you insert your agent code into the home phone number field on every reserved order you place in order for Travelex to pay referral commissions. WALK IN CLIENTS (REFERRED) If your customer does not want to order online but would prefer to order by walking into a branch, a copy of the integrated order form must be printed with your details on to ensure that you receive the referral commission. (The integrated order form is on the intranet for your convenience.)
