What is ITS ? ITS Examples on Federal Lands

ITS Under SAFETEA ITS can be found in several titles of the law, including Federal Aid Highways, Highway Safety, Public Transportation, Research, and Transportation Planning. Funds available for each class of Federal lands highway are available for ITS projects eligible for assistance under Title 23.
