 We are a team!  Collaboration only makes us stronger, because we are each other’s best asset.  We, as educators, never stop learning. Therefore, we should strive to always get better.  We should have high expectations for ourselves, as well as for those who work alongside us.  The relationships that we build are what matter most in life.

 Teaching and learning should always be our primary focus.  All decisions should be made based on what will have the best impact on student achievement.  We must be open to new ideas.  We must be open to others’ viewpoints and suggestions.  Everyone should be treated equally and fairly.

 Our students are what matter most.  We should be willing to do whatever it takes to instill a love of learning in our students.  We owe it to the students to given them our undivided attention and support, while they are in our presence.  ALL children CAN learn.  Our students know if we enjoy being with them.  We should show our students love, kindness, and compassion.  We should smile often, especially at school.
