What kind of project? It is a Comenius project,bilateral partnership The budget of the project is euros from European Comission

General objective To develop the linguistic, social and civic education to 300 students in order to promote interculturality, equal opportunities and social cohesion in the community.

Objectives -to develop communication skills in English and initiation in the native languages of the two partner countries -to develop IT and media skills in the context of social and linguistic diversity -to know and to promote intercultural diversity, EU legislation related to discrimination and equal opportunities - to develop teamwork skills and qualities such as tolerance, interculturality, empathy - to improve the aesthetic, artistic skills and practice of the attendees

Objectives In order to achieve these goals, we are going to perform tasks, such as: -the design and development of a native language of the partner course (directly and online)for students, accomplishing an illustrated dictionary RO-EN-TR -Research and documentation on the types of discrimination within boundaries of partner communities, on their legislation, gathered in an online agenda in three languages: RO; EN; TR -workshops for discussing and accomplishing measures for diminishing worse effects and patterns of discrimination -designing and managing a site containing activities, results, final products, a forum for partners to communicate - organization of photography and drawing exhibitions on human rights, discrimination and a 2015 calendar -Organization of a logo contest for the project and accomplishment of short films (5-10 minutes) to promote equality of chances

Main activities A course of learning the native language of the partner (live and online) for students Illustrated dictionary RO-EN-TR Online guide in three languages: RO, EN, TR about the types of discrimination in the partner communities, in conjunction with their law Workshops for discussing and taking action to mitigate the effects of discrimination and good practice models Site - activities, results, final products, a forum for partners to communicate Exhibition of photography and drawings on human rights and discrimination Calendar 2015 Logo contest for the project Short films (5-10 minutes), to promote equal opportunities and non- discrimination.
