HOLY FAMILY

Christmas in Great Britain For most British families this is the most important festival of the year. This is the day when many people are travelling home to be with their families on Christmas Day. There are a lot of traditions connected with Christmas but the most important one is the giving of presents. Family members wrap up their gifts and leave them at the bottom of the Christmas tree. At some time on Christmas Day the family will sit down to a big turkey dinner followed by Christmas pudding. Most families decorate their houses with brightly- coloured paper or holly, and they usually have a Christmas tree in the corner of the room? Glittering with coloured lights and decoration. Every one in Great Britain is waiting and enjoying this holiday very much!

Dear friends, Christmas is coming! Be ready to me! I’ve already visited the children in England, Scotland and Wales. Children have already decorated Christmas tree and hang their stockings. I have already brought them my Christmas presents. They gave me their Christmas cards. We have already sung merry songs and danced a lot. I’ve already tried their Christmas traditions. What did you cook for me? What are your Russian dishes? May be salads, Christmas pies, pelmeni and fruit? I love them very much! Wait for me and I’ll come anyway! My best wishes to you and your dearest and nearest. Santa Claus
