9 3.8 Evaluation of Train the Trainer Programme  Feedback forms filled in after each training and returned to UK  Translation from other languages to English  Summary of feedback and collation of Evaluation  Production of report  Report on Innovia website  Evaluation to be discussed at 3 rd Steering Group meeting in Cardiff, Wales for 2 days in May UK to host meeting and sort travel/accommodation. 2013

10 Questions for discussion 1.Train the trainer programme – clarify what ‘expenses’ will be paid to the people with learning disabilities. 2.All information needs to be in easy read – recruitment and evaluation. 3.How do we recruit people. Per Self Advocacy Group where there is already a supporter or individually? 4.Is the recruitment process for a job as at first it is train the trainer only. Only a few people will go on to do the real thing? 5.Issue of when people are trained and the time lapse (around 16 months) between this and the ‘real’ training. These people will need a refresher session. 6.How will we overcome language barriers in delivery of the training?
