SE consultant: not a profession SE consultants have various professional backgrounds Focus lies on the services that are provided Finding participants was a challenge Pilot training as advantage for participants’ professional development BG01-KA

3 Recruiting Participants
Advertising training programme Two experts ran selection process to determine… who can take part in the training the distribution of online vs face-2-face learning per participant what modules to offer in form of face-2-face trainings 21 participants… all from within JAW from different services for people with disabilities and people with special support needs (work assistance, job coaching, youth coaching, qualification measures, etc.) BG01-KA

Face-2-face training with expert trainers Practical methods in the coaching process (M3) Digital technologies as support for PWD (M4) Supported employment basics (M5) Approaches and attitudes towards PWD (M6) BG01-KA

6 Training Process III JUNE 2017 End of pilot training
Participants completed self-evaluation and final interview with experts 18 participants received their certificates BG01-KA

7 Participants’ Feedback
...very interesting case studies... Nearly all participants: “I can implement the acquired competences in my daily work.” “The training contributed towards my professional development.” “My participation in the training is a professional advantage for me.” About 75 % of the participants: “My expectations have been fulfilled.” Most successful modules: Practical methods in the coaching process (M3) Supported Employment basics (M5) Approaches and attitudes towards PWD (M6) ...content was near to reality... ... a good mix of online and f-2-f learning... ...compact schedule... ...efficient, practically-oriented training... BG01-KA
