WHO IS AGAINST ABORTION? beautiful-chaosx2.xanga.com

When it’s Incest or Rape? FACT: 14,000 Abortions per year are due to rape or incest, which amounts to 1% of all abortions. skepchick.org

Should abortion be legal in the case of incest or rape? Edmee-Avit S. Grego Accounting Major Penn State Hazleton

Abortion should be accepted in the case of incest and rape. The importance of this is that young girls are being raped in their households. They are convinced and threatened, usually when young by relatives

Main Points Abortion is a safe medical procedure A women has the right whether to bring her child into the world or not Incest babies have increase risk of congenital disorders and deaths

Critics states it causes complications Abortion is a safe procedure. Surgical abortion is one of the safest 10x less risk of health complications than continuing with a pregnancy Medical abortions have the same safety affects 88% of women who go through with abortions are less than 13 weeks pregnant 97% of those women don’t have complications 2.5% have minor complication that can be fixed But, only 0.5% have major complications

Critics say abortion allows people to avoid responsibility. A women that is raped and and becomes pregnant has the right to abort her baby For Example: If a rape victim gets pregnant, not only did the rapist forced himself on her but also forced a baby on her too. He forced her into pregnancy, labor, and years of responsibility for a child she didn’t even consent to create. Therefore, that woman has the right to choose whether or not to live with such responsibility. People who are against it say Adoption and parenting is another option

Incest Babies are at RISK According to Dr. Nightingale, all humans have two genes for every characteristic, one from each parent ( ex. Eye color, hair color, height, skin complexion. etc.) If a genetic defect exists, the closer the relationship between the parents of the child, the greater the probability that the child will inherit the defect about 30 to 40 percent of incestuous children are born abnormal WOULD YOU PUT YOUR BABY AT RISK!?

REWINDD!! Only.5% of women who obtain the procedure have major complications Incest babies can be abnormal, not always Women who are raped didn’t ask for it
