Assessing whether training has been effective or not Delivering both pre-packaged and customized web-based or instructor-led training

Staffing Commitment Project management support –Work with stakeholders and oversee implementation Dedicated support from departments One Clerk II –Update the system database and initially populate with course information, class schedule, credits, etc. One professional staff position –Create courses, lesson plans, assessments, etc. One professional staff position –Serve as a database administrator who performs data transfers from the Region 20 system, database backups, develops custom reports, modifies the database, and performs general system maintenance.
