8 IHS Webcast (early 2006) IHS Presentation to selected customers: –Reviewed an increased service provision from the original AAPG initiative (which Petroconsultants agreed to provide in 1996) –Input from participants included a request from an operator to see a formal, official declaration of service provision outlining the increased service/improvements in cooperation with the GUWI initiative.

Team Work Operational Steering Team –Made up of companies that sign the Letter of Intent –Active engagement with data vendors to explore feasible solution paths –Decided in Q2 to endorse seeking agreement with IHS Energy following agreed draft letter of intent, including ability to leverage current data set as basis for industry standard and population of global public data set –Forming permanent Work Group –Establish legal framework funding and service agreements, governance and operational procedures –Promote usage
