 Chair will develop an exam—old versions are available to make this easier  Proctors (2) are needed to administer the exam and ensure the division of juniors/seniors  The exam is graded by a scanner. Some questions are hand graded.  Results are posted for juniors/seniors.

 Students say the FFA Creed word for word  Students are evaluated based on the rubric  Separate events for junior and senior students  Judges (3 for each event) based on the rubric

 Chair creates a set of problems for the event  Teams conduct opening ceremonies, complete the set of problems, conduct closing ceremonies, and answer parliamentary questions asked by the judges  Separate events for junior and senior teams  Judges evaluate based on the rubric (3 for each event)

 Prior to the event, students submit a resume and cover letter to be evaluated by a set of judges  Students fill out a generic job application, complete a phone interview and a face-to-face interview  Judges and proctors/timekeepers (9 total) are needed for each of these segments of the event  Scores from each segment of the event are combined to determine rankings of students
