SimPad Technology  The Patented SimPad packaging product is manufactured with 100% recycled high density expanded polystyrene beads that are encapsulated in a high strength plastic film.  The SimPad is then placed under a vacuum and sealed. The result is a SimPad that is rigid enough to ship in a flat shape and flexible enough to conform around an object, yet maintain the shape of that object.

SimPad Features:  Come in a variety of colors and can be custom printed for logos or other marketing.  Antistatic; a ready solution for electronics.  Deliver the cushion curves of much more expensive packs.

SimPad Parameters:  6” X 10” Smallest.  24” x 45” Largest.  Available thicknesses range from.75” to 3” for most length and width combinations.  SimPads can be made to almost any size between the above specifications.  SimPads can be scored multiple times in either direction for folding.  Film gauges available from 3 to 14 mil.  Custom colors and logos available on most orders.
