St Peter writes, I want you to remember a couple of things 1.the words the holy prophets spoke in the past. 2.the command our Lord and Saviour gave through your apostles. 2 Peter chapter 3

Here is what you must understand. In the last days : 1.people will make fun of the truth. 2.They will laugh at it. 3.They will follow their own evil longings. 4.They will say, "Where is the promise of his 'return? Doesn’t everything goes on in the same way it has since our people of long ago died? It has continued that way since God first created everything. ( 2 Peter chapter 3)

And then Peter writes, vs. 8-9 The Lord is not slow to keep his promise. That is, He is not slow in the way some people understand it. 1.He is patient; 2.He doesn't want anyone lost; 3.He's giving everyone space and time to change.

How did God speak to the world he created?

Modern languages are only about 1500 years old

God speaks 1) in creation, 2) in the history of Israel & the Church, 3) in the pages of the Bible, 4) in Jesus, and 5) in the heart of the believer

An earlier form of language is the Semitic letters. ~ 1400 BC

There’s also the Hebrew script ~ 1500 BC.

But, Chinese characters were in use 1000 years before Moses

These characters are 4,500 years old

Our Bible says, “The Word was in the beginning.... all things were created by the Word”. (John 1)

The Chinese writings of Lao Zi, In Greek, "Tao" is "logos", In English, it is "the Word.“ = “The Word evolves/follows Itself” (or) “The Word acts according to its own law”.

To make ‘tempter’ you take ‘devil’ and add ‘cover’: Add ‘cover’ to ‘devil’ = ‘tempter’

Why did our 1 st parents disobey?

Ask the Chinese. This is their ancient ‘word’ It means... Take 2 trees... Add ‘woman’... and you get “covet”

The ancient Chinese word for “sorrow” also uses two trees

When they disobeyed, Adam & Eve discovered their nakedness, and they covered their nakedness with the leaves of a fruit tree. The Chinese have 3 words for “NAKED” All three include the word ‘FRUIT’

To be right with God is yi ‘Righteousness’ is 2 words On top is ‘yang’. It means ‘lamb’. Below is ‘wo’. It means ‘me’, or ‘self’ yang above wo makes yi “Righteousness”... only if you have the lamb between you and God The Chinese knew, 5000 years ago! You could only come back to God through a lamb (sacrifice)

At the beginning of Chinese civilisation (5000 years ago) the Chinese knew that “the Lamb” was the means of righteousness ! “Lamb” above “me” = righteousness

Although, in ancient times, China was known as Shen Zhou, “ Land of God”. They now call their country Zhong Guo, meaning “ Middle Land” (the geographical centre of the world)

The Dragon Shen Zhou / Zhong Guo will be conquered by the Lamb

The Lamb is the only means of obtaining righteousness before ShangDi, (the Sovereign Ruler) Lamb (above) me = Righteousness The only real hope for China (and the world) is... in the “Lamb of God”
