Material Handling Systems MHS

2 Material Handling Systems (MHS) Material handling systems are an important part of an extrusion line. Their job is to transport the raw material from point A to point B. “A chain is only as strong as ist weakest link“. That means, that if the transport system doesn‘t work properly, the extrusion line is unable to deliver the requested quality. PROCESS CONTROL material handling systems are calculated by a simulation software. In this way we ensure to provide our customers with an economic and reliable solution.

They are decelerated and have to be accelerated again, which results in a significant pressure loss (and in consequence a loss of energy)
