3. WATER TANK SLUDGE TANK

6. This system makes it possible to recover the liquid part of the suctioned material in the sludge compartment for re-use by the high pressure pump. To start purification, select the water preparation control in the control box, which engages a fully automatic system that draws the water from the sludge compartment, filters it and places it in the clean water compartment, automatically stopping suctioning of material as soon as the sludge compartment is full and automatically stopping recycling when the water compartment is full.

7. 1. PERFORATED WALL The sucked material undergoes the first stage of filtration passing through a perforated wall, located on the rear part of debris tank, for big debris separation.

8. 2. ROTATING FILTER After passing through the perforated wall, the liquid material enters a rotating filter that separates solid from liquid material. The cylindrical filter is self-cleaning.

9. 3. HIGH CAPACITY CYCLONE A centrifugal pump sucks the liquid that passed through the rotating filter and transfers it to the “first stage cyclone” for particles concentration reduction, the collected debris are automatically discharged in the main tank.

10. 4. SETTLING TANK The settling tank is manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel and is divided into five 5 sections. The transfer of water from one section to another is made possible through special devices that allow the free passage of liquid while blocking out both the heavy and light particles.

11. 5. LAST STAGE CYCLONES The second stage cyclones provide additional particles concentration reduction, once again the extracted particles are returned to the debris compartment.
