 1. He originally wanted to be a pro basketball player but he tore his ankle several times during his teens. Not having it repaired, he dropped his dream.  2. His real name is Ronnie Ray Bryant.  3. His Mexican-American mother and his English-American father were both addicted to heroin after he was born. Growing up, both of his parents were in prison. His grandmother took over raising him in Vallejo, CA.  4. Before changing his name to Baby Bash, he was known as “Baby Beesh.”  5.  Ronnie Rey Bryant was born to a Mexican American mother and English-American father. Bryant was raised by his grandmother, and Bryant's father and uncles exposed him to many different types of musical genres. Initially, Bryant wanted to be a professional basketball player.
