CMIS Contains Case Information 55,000 currently active cases under Adult Probation supervision All adult probation cases are classified through risk tools. Client classifications include: Sex Offender, High, Medium, Administrative, JAMS, Split Sentence and Warrants History of supervision levels and Special Programs Case Level Special Programs

Information Sent from Criminal / Motor Vehicle System Daily Data transmitted to CMIS daily: Dockets, charges, dispositions, case status Data is matched with the appropriate client No data entry needed Reduces data entry errors

PRAWN Paperless Re-Arrest Warrants Currently all Failure to Appear warrants are paperless Interface between CMIS/middle ware/PRAWN Presently 6,500 warrants active with Adult Probation By spring it is expected all violation of probation warrants will be in PRAWN. Probation staff will be scanning in the warrant and affidavit into the system. This will allow police electronic access to the information. When the police serve the violation of probation warrant, they will be able to print the electronic copy and sign it as served.
