4. PRETRIAL SERVICES PROGRAM
Las Vegas Justice Court (LVJC)-
There are 11 departments we do assessments for, there are 14 departments for LVJC but 2 are civil and one is chief judge.  PreTrial works 24/7 at CCDC.  Additionally we do NPRS for Arrest Warrant Requests for the purpose of setting bail.  There are  Intake Specialist 20 (interviewers) 6 Compliance Officers (Supervision) and 6 Legal Office Assistants, 3 part time employees who make calls to verify information, 3 supervisors and 1 Court Division Administrator-Criminal. The Compliance Officers split time between CCDC and RJC for enrollment and supervision of defendants.  There are two check-in Kiosks one at the RJC and one at the CCDC office.  Average supervision is just under 300 defendant’s a month, Average interviews per month 1,200 defendants with releases just over 1,000 cases.
