 I want to the students to understand basic fitness workouts,  The students by the end should be getting in better shape as well understand how to work on their diets.

 The Bosu ball is perfect for balance and strengthening.  We will use to this to work on the students balance and strengthen of muscles while the students get medicine balls tossed at them will the balance on one foot.

 The Medicine ball is used to strengthen a persons stability, to work on the core, and total body coordination.  The students will use this with the Bosu ball while they are balancing and also for abs.  The medicine ball will be 10 lb. for extra resistance.

 The Bands are in the program for strength and mobility and also there used for there improvement of flexibility.  The students will them for numerous exercises to strengthen their upper and lower body’s.

 The Yoga mat is for a soft and safe surface the students can work on.  The Yoga mat’s will be used during their pushups, and core exercises to strengthen the abdomen.
