Organization Srijan Samiti is a voluntary organization registered under the society’s registration act 1860 in the year 2014 and working with vulnerable Communities in Uttar Pradesh, India. At present, Mirzapur, Varanasi & Sonebhadra district of eastern Uttar Pradesh are being covered on as following issues – Livestock protection and conservation – Animal Health – Land right – Livelihood; – Institution building – Empowerment of Women & other disadvantage Group; – Panchayati Raj Strengthening; – Strength in policy level advocacy, – Health and Nutrition – Displacement; – Capacity building, – Child & woman right, – Research & documentation. Organization Structure & Strength

Mission Statement …… The mission is to provide or facilitate services to improve genetic potential, animal health and livestock management skills for enhancing the quantity and quality of livestock products and Conservation & development of indigenous breeds of different species to maintain the bio- diversity will be aimed to promote environmental conservation. The mission is to facilitate the deprived and dominated youth, women, adolescents and children to gain access to their entitlements, which is their right and also creating an ideal and equitable society by promoting rural development

Aims and Objectives….. Conservation of livestock to maintain diversity of breeds and protection of drift animal. To Immunize against important animal diseases and creation of disease-free zones Development of marketing infrastructure for all types of livestock products Livestock care and well-being, relief during natural disasters and calamities To develop leadership skill among youth, women and other vulnerable community. To facilitate the development of innovative potential and to provide opportunities and ways to participate in community building

To honor outstanding youth in various professions To empower community especially women and disadvantage group for claiming their entitlement and to facilitate them for socio- economic empowerment on the way to effective local governance. To conduct awareness programs for child, adolescent and women health and to work for upliftment of SC/ST and OBC and abolish various social evils and practices in society.
