Overview GEMSIS is the Joint program of record that will transform spectrum operations from a pre-planned and static frequency assignment into a dynamic, responsive, and agile capability.

OUR VISION To be the premier provider of enterprise spectrum management capabilities and services supporting the needs of the DOD and the Warfighter.

OUR MISSION Develop, deploy and sustain a program of integrated spectrum capabilities that will enhance the Warfighter’s ability to effectively and efficiently manage the electromagnetic battlespace to enable information superiority.
