How to be EVICTED from your rental property…

Creating a Weekly Meal Plan on a Budget…  1.Choose foods that can be stretched and included in many meals.  Rice, frozen veggies, pasta, canned goods, spices meat.  2. If you’re cramped on time, find foods that can be made early and kept for 2-3 days without spoiling.  Slow cooker, make meals in bulk.  3. Choose food that you like.  4. Meal planning becomes easier the more you do it.

Grocery Shopping Hints…  1. Stick to the outer ring of the store- healthier foods are here.  2. Buy ONLY what is on your list!  3. Frozen veggies are better than no veggies at all.  4. Grab a store flyer on your way in to see what is on sale.  5. DO NOT GO WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY!!!
