Registration O Now until January 16 th, 2015 regardless of what sport you are currently taking part in this winter. O For example, basketball players, swimmers and wrestlers need to register by January 16 in A-20, A-25, or the counseling office.

Conditioning O Must have a current Physical & Registration Form complete to participate. O Will be conducted on Mon, Tues & O Week 1: 12/8, 12/9, 12/11. O Week 2: 12/15 (Only), 12/17-19 (Final Exam–No Condit.) O Week 3 & 4: 12/22 -1/2 (Workout’s Online) O Week 5: 1/6, 1/8 O Week 6: 1/12, 1/13 & 1/15

Schedule O Will be posted on the website. O Only competing members will travel. O Check the website for the entries prior to the meet. O Last JV meet is April 2 nd - Varsity is determined by best times and marks. SHS Track & Field Website:

Practice O 1st official day is January 20th. O All athletes must come to practice every day. O If you can't make practice, you must see one of the coaches - Coach B. Coach Tate, Coach Jones, or Coach Davis. DO NOT relay the message through a friend. O Practice begins art 2:45 and ends at 5:00. O Don't be late as excessive tardiness will result in suspension and/or dismissal from the team.

Website O Please check the website frequently for updates and - DO NOT bother the coaches with questions about what you want to run or when and where your are running. O Entry Lists will be posted on the website!!!!

Uniform, Apparel & Dues O If you have a uniform from last year, you may use that. If not, purchase one from the school store (I will get the price from Coach Nash). O THIS IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO TAKE PART ON THE TRACK TEAM. O It is our expectation that you pay dues. Dues are $200. You may pay dues mypaymentsplus.com on the Shiloh website or write a check to Ms. Watkins in the Athletic Office. DO NOT give money to coaches!!!!! O What does my $200 pay for?
