Lab Rules

 Place Measuring Tools on Red Tray  Go to the Supply Table to get ingredients  If you spill please clean up your mess

 Fill one sink with HOT soapy water  Get a dish rag from laundry area  Wash dishes as you go  Rinse Dishes

 Fold any towels that are in the white laundry basket and put them on the shelves  Get 2 hand towels from the laundry area  Sweep your unit and under your table  4A and 8B Put up the four chairs on the table  Put the chairs down 1A and 5B

 Place CLEAN dishes in the correct drawers and cupboards  Get a dish rag from the laundry area to wipe off counters  Keep counters clean at all times. Make sure the dish rag is wet and has soap on it

 Put all perishable ingredients in the fridge or freezer.  Place all the dry ingredients on the correct shelf in the pantry  WIPE OFF the supply table  Always place placemats on table and set table according to what you need.

 Wash hands for 20 seconds (use hand soap)  Wear an apron  Tie Hair Back  Do NOT sit on the counter (I scream)

 Do NOT use a hand towel or dish rag

 Each time you are asked to go back to your unit you will lose 5 points in lab.
