National Security Reporting Mid-Year Report 1. Units submit by November 15th 2. District submit by December 1st Year-End Report 1. Units submit by April 15th 2. District submit by May 1st As part of your narrative report, please include: 1. How many Blue and Gold Star Banners presented? 2. How many MIA families were recognized? 3. How many service members were honored?

Department Awards The Lighthouse Plaque ---Most outstanding National Security Program The Fog Horn Award ---To the District with at least 1 member from each unit completing the CERT training.

Department Awards (cont.) The Eclipse Award ---To the unit that demonstrates the best over all project incorporating Yellow Ribbons. The Clipper Award--- To the Unit in each grouping that collects, clips, and mails the most (monetary/face value) coupons.

Department Awards (cont.) The Wickie Award--- To all Units that send in more than $100,000 in coupons for the year. WICKIE": A nickname given to lighthouse keepers, derived from the task of trimming the wick of the lamps.

National Awards Military Support Unit Award --- For the unit Chairman demonstrating the most outstanding overall program serving and supporting military families. Million Member Award ---Citation Plaque to one unit chairman in each division(5) for the best demonstation on how working the mission retained and attracked members.
