Project goal(1/2) to establish a tool which offers a multimedia content in effective and interesting way using a latest technology to build an interactive television based on IP protocol with advanced functionality to collect existing learning repositories and to create new ones...

Project goal(2/2) to build distributed archive system of educational repositories in cooperation with content creators in different countries to develop a concept of 24/7 television broadcast for educational purposes and also to develop “stand-alone” educational sources automatic multimedia content processing

Streaming the IP television will implement the latest IP streaming technology platform-independent solution HDTV ready 1
