 The Blue and White Colors that are used in the Unicef symbolize the United Nations.  United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund(UNICEF) was shortened to the United Nations Children's Fund  The adult character in the globe represents a supporting system, while the child is the intended target.  The under-laying Olive branches underneath the globe represent Peace.  Unicef’s Slogan: - "For every child Health, Education, Equality, Protection, Advance Humanity."
