3 Teamwork at Basic Combat Training Definition of Teamwork: Teamwork is a cooperative effort by a group of Soldiers – usually comprised of a leader and some followers who: –Work together to achieve a common mission and; –Constantly refine and upgrade team efficiency

4 Rewards and Punishments as a Team You are punished and rewarded as a group to reinforce group responsibility
